Former Bank of America Managing Director Joins Qomply: Andee Schneider Appointed as Managing Director, North America
Qomply is pleased to announce the appointment of Andee Schneider as Managing Director, North America. Andee brings over two decades of leadership experience driving revenue growth and technical sales across the financial markets industry, including distinguished tenures at Bank of America Securities, UBS Securities, and Trading Technologies.

In this new role, Andee will be responsible for advising Qomply on its expansion across the Americas and APAC regions. Her focus will be on client advisory, navigating shifting regulatory landscapes, and ensuring that Qomply continues to act as a trusted regulatory partner for financial institutions.
Andee comes to Qomply with a proven track record in financial sales and execution, having previously served as Managing Director and Head of Sales and Execution for the Americas at Bank of America Securities. There, she managed a team that focused on driving significant revenue and market share growth across Futures, Options, and OTC Clearing.
Throughout her career, Andee has championed a consultative sales strategy, shifting the focus from traditional product pitching to acting as a strategic content provider for her clients. She has a proven history of educating financial institutions on the operational impacts of upcoming regulations to stay ahead of the curve. This advisory mindset is complemented by her strong dedication to industry mentorship, having previously served as Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Committee Council at Bank of America to foster networking and share best practices among senior female executives across the buy-side.
"We are thrilled to welcome Andee to our team," said Michelle Zak, Co-founder at Qomply. "Her decades of experience leading technical sales for some of the world's largest financial institutions makes her an invaluable asset. Andee intimately understands the operational friction our clients face, and her global perspective will play a pivotal role as we continue to grow and innovate in the RegTech space."
Andee commented: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Qomply. There has been a definitive shift in focus within financial institutions; it is no longer just about returns, but also about operational excellence. Qomply’s leading tech coupled with its deep industry expertise present a unique opportunity to act as a helping hand for clients, staying ahead of regulator expectations. I look forward to working with the team to build on this momentum and help our clients future-proof their operations.”
